Record a Movement

Covers receiving, sales, non-sale stock out, damage, missing items, and corrections. Branch transfers and layaway holds are handled on their own pages (see Transfers / Layaway).

Sale / Customer Return add nothing extra to reporting beyond the ledger; Stock In / Customer Return add to inventory; Sale / Stock Out / Damage / Missing / Supplier Return remove from it. Adjustment/Correction can go either way and require Admin or Manager.

Order & Item Status

Monitoring only — mirrors Pancake's own Orders stages, focused on the item being pulled/shipped rather than the customer conversation (Pancake already handles that). Not synced live yet; status can be corrected by hand below.
